LOTW | Kari

Here's what Kari has to say about her project:

It has been raining a lot here in the Bay Area, and I wanted to create something that represented that, as well as how I have been feeling lately. I love the sheer fragile quality vellum gives a project and the way the photo shows through a bit with the silhouette cut out shape. I printed out some text from a digital file and carefully ran it through my sewing machine to create lines for the raindrops and called it done. I put the photo in a page protector but left the vellum as an insert in my album so I can still feel the texture of it when I turn the page.
