Video | Using the Alfresco Kits with Maggie Massey

Hey, everybody! Maggie back again with a look at how I put together this layout using the Alfresco Scrapbook main and Bistro add-on Kits! One of my very favorite things about these kits was the die-cut embellishment pack from the add-on, so those pieces became the central focus of this page.

Take a look at the process video detailing how I decided which pieces to use, and which pieces to leave off.

Tips & Tricks:

• A large photo and some simple patterned paper can be the perfect backdrop on which to add your embellishments.
• Make sure to keep your title work balanced on your project. Be sure to ground "top-heavy" layouts.
• Sometimes less is more—don't hesitate to remove embellishments from your project.
