The new AliEdwards.com and Studio Calico

A few weeks ago when we announced our big news about Big Picture Classes we alluded to the fact that we have a few more big things coming. I’m excited to announce to you today a partnership near and dear to my heart. You all know Ali Edwards as an industry leader and a master story teller. She inspires us all to tell the stories of our life, no matter how insignificant it may seem to us. As a personal friend I’ve had long discussions with Ali and her future business dreams. I’m extremely honored to announce that she has chosen Studio Calico to power the new AliEdwards.com, launching later this week.

My first encounter with Ali Edwards was as a completely adoring fan-girl, when Greg happened to open the door for her while at a trade show in 2008. As we have worked closely together on projects, my adoration for Ali has grown so much over the years. She has been the glue (a little pun intended) for this industry, being a constant in the midst of change, and consistently leading memory keepers to document and evolve and grow.

For this new venture, I feel so lucky to work closely with her as a leader in the industry who is fully devoted to the craft and who loves inspiring others to document their stories as well as to work alongside a friend who I wholeheartedly admire and respect. The new website, launching this week, will include her blog, projects, exclusive products and classrooms all in one place.

Please join me in congratulating Ali on this exciting new venture. Working in this industry brings many advantages, but being able to help a friend bring her vision to reality is the icing on the cake.
